Callistemon (bottle brush) from a local community nursery on Wiradjuri Country that I planted in our wildlife corridor. After harvesting a bunch of flowers, I brought them inside to enjoy and compose an expressionistic still life painting. The process of gardening and bringing that life into my own artwork is so rewarding.
